From the Grill, indulge in Local Jerk Pork with Farm Chutney, Grilled Mahi with Local Fruity Salsa, and Chicken Roulade with Cheese and Bacon — all complemented by Stir Fried Vegetable Rice, Crispy Creamy Mac Balls, Roast Sweet Potatoes with Orange Glaze, and Loaded Corn on the Cob from the chafers.
